Let’s face it: Nothing can replace good, outdoor bbq. But, sometimes you just don’t feel like firing up the grill. (Or,you’re out of propane, or it’s pouring cats and dogs, or the husband isn't home.) This is a great way to approximate some of that SPUNKY SAUCE goodness indoors.
This is one of my favorite ways to make chicken legs indoors: In the oven smothered in SPUNKY SAUCE and slow baked.

Chicken legs shaked in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Put in a buttered 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with onions on top, cover with foil, bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Uncover, Using a brush, paint each piece of chicken on all sides with SPUNKY Sauce over the top and bake another 20 minutes. {repeat again} My chicken is usually in the oven for about 60 minutes. EVERY 20 minutes I am yanking the pan out of the oven and covering with SPUNKY SAUCE.
